You can perform a search for your model by entering keywords. Try using general terms--it is not necessary to enter a keyword in its entirety. By submitting a partial keyword you will receive more results. This can be very helpful if you are unsure of your model. The results will include memory modules and models. By selecting a memory module you will be directed to a screen with more information about the module. If you select a model, you will be directed to a screen with upgrade information about the model and all the available memory module upgrades. Once you have determined the memory module upgrade you would like to purchase, modify the quantity window, and then click on the GO button. You will then be taken to your shopping cart. Here you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout by selecting the appropriate button.

Memory Configurator

You can also use the Memory Configurator to determine the compatible memory upgrades for your computer model. You may search using the configurator by using the pull down menu to choose a manufacturer, a manufacturer line, and a model. The options will appear in that order, and you can pick from the options until you find your model. Once you choose a model, it will automatically load the next page. To restart the configurator at any time, simply press the reset button. You may also search for memory using a part number. To do this, enter the Alpha Memory part number into the “Part Number” field and press submit.

Shopping For Standard Memory

If you would like to shop for standard memory modules, you can browse our Standard Memory List. The list is organized by memory technology, such as SDRAM, DDR, and so on. By selecting a memory category you will be directed to a page with all the memory modules for the specification. You can add a memory module to your shopping cart by modifying the quantity window and clicking GO. Also, by clicking on the item description, you will be directed to a new page with more information about the module.

Availability of a Product

You can view the availability of an item by checking the In Stock column. An item’s availability is constantly updated. If a product is in stock, the in stock column will show In-stock otherwise it will display usually shipped in 1 to 2 business day. To lower the cost, Alpha Memory, Inc. uses “just in time inventory” rules and keep minimum inventory. Inventory is received from our Vendors daily and usually shipped out in 1 to 2 business day.

Checking Out the Shopping Cart

After you have found the appropriate products and filled your shopping cart, you will need to select the checkout option to finalize your order. If you are a returning customer, you may enter your last name and password into the corresponding fields. The system will display your billing and shipping information. You may edit any part of this form. If you have forgotten your email, you may click the “forgot my password” field, and enter your email address into the appropriate box. The system will automatically email you your password if you already have one. If you are a first time customer, the system will display a form where you may enter your billing and shipping information. Once the form is populated and/or edited, you can now select your pay method, and submit your order to be processed. The system will display the complete order with an order number. Checking Order Status

You can check the status of an order you have placed by selecting my account. By entering your last name and your account password you will be able to view the status of your current order and your order history.
