Alpha Memory offers a variety of payment options ranging from traditional credit
card orders to wire transfers.
Credit Card payments
Memory.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. While
placing your order, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card number,
expiration date, and your name as it appears on the card.
When will my credit card be charged for an order?
Alpha Memory does not charge your credit card until your order ships.
International credit restrictions
All international orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds, by a cashier's
check drawn on a U.S. bank or by wire transfer.
A US $25 bank charge will be added to any wire transfer originating outside
USA.

Pay By Phone or Fax
You may pay by phone for all orders. Please wait until you've received the
confirmation email stating that your order has been received. If we do not
receive payment information within 3 days of receiving your order, it will be
automatically cancelled from our system. Just call us at 1-866- 563-6679,
8am--5pm (CDT) Monday - Friday.
You may also fax your credit card information once you have confirmed we carry
the item(s) your seeking.
Just send your fax to 956-971-8595, Attention: Internet Orders. Please include:
• Your Name as it appears on the credit card
• Your Complete Billing Address and Shipping Address (if different from billing)
• Order number (if available)
• Credit card type (MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Visa)
• Credit card number
• 3 digit CVCC code from the back of the card
• Credit card expiration date
• Email address (if applicable)
• The item number(s)
