How to Return an Item?

To return your memory within 15 days of purchase, please call us to obtain a return authorization (RA) number before sending your product back to Alpha Memory. We will gladly credit your account or exchange your memory using one of the following methods.

Credit: Return your memory within 15 calendar days and we will credit your card or account. Shipping amount is non-refundable.

Cross-ship: We will ship you a new part(s) if you agree to have the shipment charged to your credit card at the time of shipment. Once we receive the memory you are returning, we will issue a credit to your credit card.

Wait to Receive: Return your memory to Alpha Memory. Once we receive your shipment, we will send your replacement order. This method will only charge your credit card if there is a price difference between the incoming and outgoing parts. This method takes additional time due to the shipping time and shipping method you choose when returning the product.

How do I get an RA number?

It’s very easy. Just call us at 1-866-563-6679 and provide the following information.

   -Customer number

   -Order number

   -Part number that you are returning

   -Part number of your replacement part

   -Your phone number or e-mail address.

   -The return or replacement method that you prefer

Where do I send my return?

Once you have obtained an RA number, please write that number on the label that is on the back of your invoice. Send the memory to:

What if I have a problem with my memory after the 15-day trial period is over?

All returns for refund made after the 15 Calendar day period has expired are subject to no less than a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Restocking will be determined using the following table:

0-15 days 0% restocking

15-30 days 15% restocking

30-60 days 35% restocking

60-90 days 75% restocking

All returns for replacement made after the 15 calendars day period has expired will be honored as long as a compatible module is available.
