Orders for "in-stock" items (Availability) that are APPROVED by our credit department before 2:00PM CST (Central time) are shipped the same day.
Orders approved by our credit department after 2:00PM CST, and out of stock orders are processed the next business day.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.  Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. What is an International Order?
·       Orders placed with credit cards issued by Non USA and non Canadian banks or foreign branches of USA and Canadian banks, regardless of the shipping address
·       Orders placed by USA or Canadian Credit Cards but shipped to an international destination.

Prepaid by wire transfer or credit card.

 When Paying by WIRE TRANSFER:
The order will not be shipped until the funds are received by Alpha Memory, Inc. This may take 7-10 business days.
Bank information will be provided upon request.
A US $40 bank charge will be added to any wire transfer originating outside USA. Domestic wire transfer fee is US $5.00.
Please add this amount to your total Wire Transfer.
FedEx  shipping charges must be included when calculating the transfer amount.

When Paying with CREDIT CARD
American Express cards will be accepted if billing information can be verified by American Express Customer Service.
Master Cards and Visa Cards will be accepted only if clear images of the front and back of the credit card are provided as well as a photocopy of a Government Issued (Official) photo Identification Card.  The name on the credit card must match the name on the ID card for orders to be processed.
Only orders with the SAME billing and shipping address will be processed.
Alpha Memory, Inc. can only accept credit cards for international orders up to US $ 500.00.
All orders above this amount can only be placed by Wire Transfer. (see above)

The International shipping rate calculated by our on-line system is an approximation. The correct rate will be provided by the customer rep via email after the order is placed on-line or using one of the above options.

Orders for shipment outside the US are subject to higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.

Terms for shipments outside the U.S. are CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid). Processing times may take an additional 3 days compared to domestic orders.

All International orders must ship directly to the end destination. "Will-Call" Alpha Memory does not provide certificates of origin, NAFTA certificates or any other free trade certificates, letters of credit or legalized paperwork. Pre-shipment inspections, when necessary, are the customer's responsibility. All commodities, technology or software are exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited.

Export to the following countries is prohibited: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, North Korea or Syria.
In addition, products may not be exported or re-exported to entities and persons that are ineligible under U.S. law to receive United States commodities, technology and/or software.
