2GB Transcend DDR3-1333, 240-Pin DIMM ECC Registered Memory

To use this DDR3 memory, your system must have both a 240-pin DIMM slot and a chipset that supports DDR3 memory. A DDR3 DIMM will not fit into DDR2 or DDR memory sockets. (Information about which memory technology your system uses is included in the memory configurator or memory selector tool.)

The TS256MKR72V3UL is a 256M x 72bits DDR3-1333 VLP Registered DIMM. The TS256MKR72V3UL consists of 18pcs 128Mx8bits DDR3 SDRAMs in FBGA packages, 1 pcs register in 177 ball TFBGA package and a 2048 bits serial EEPROM on a 240-pin printed circuit board. The TS256MKR72V3UL is a Dual In-Line Memory Module and is intended for mounting into 240-pin edge connector sockets. Synchronous design allows precise cycle control with the use of system clock. Data I/O transactions are possible on both edges of DQS. Range of operation frequencies, programmable latencies allow the same device to be useful for a variety of high bandwidth, high performance memory system applications.
