60GB Transcend SSD (SATA) 2.5 with DRAM - TS60GSSD25D-M

Transcend is proud to announce the launch of our 2.5-inch SSD with DRAM Buffer. This is the next generation Solid State Drive with dramatically increased performance. It utilizes a DRAM buffer to achieve read rates up to 230MB/sec and write rates up to 180MB/sec. The performance has been increased around 40% for data-reading speeds and 60% for data-writing speeds. Features low-power consumption, no noise during operation, increased shock resistance, light weight, and lower heat generated during use than regular SSD's.
