Some items are Limited Specials or Heavy/Oversized products and incur an additional shipping charge of $5.99
Orders for In-Stock items that are APPROVED by our credit department before 2:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) are shipped the same day. Otherwise they are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday with the exception of Federal Holidays).
Out of Stock orders are normally shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday with the exception of Federal Holidays). Customers will be informed by e-mail and/or by phone if a product will not be available for more than two (2) business days.
To calculate when an item will be shipped, just add the availability time (time when product will be in stock) of an item to the delivery time of the shipping option you selected.

FedEx requires a signature for delivery of packages. Please note, FedEx reserves the right to release packages at residential delivery locations without obtaining a signature, provided that the delivery location or circumstances are suitable for release without a signature as determined at FedEx's sole discretion. Please plan accordingly.
Different Ship-to and Bill-to Addresses
For your security, if your order is more than $200 and is being shipped to a location other than your billing address, our customer service department will verify that the ship-to address you have provided matches the alternate shipping address that is on file with your credit card company. In order to avoid delays in processing your order, please have your alternate shipping address on file with your credit card company before placing your order.
Address Correction Fee
If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address (no apartment number listed, transposed zip code, zip code that doesn't match the city, etc.) FedEx® charges us a $10.00 address correction fee. Due to this, we must receive full and fair reimbursement for this expense from the purchaser. We will charge $10.00 to the purchaser to offset this expense only if the mistake is made by the customer. The best way to avoid this fee is to provide complete and accurate address information for your order

Although most US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail orders typically take 2 to 3 mailing days to arrive these estimates are not guaranteed and USPS mailing times of up to 21 days can(did) occur. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, we recommend upgrading to FedEx 3-day, 2-day or next day shipping. Please allow up to 15 mailing days before contacting us about the status of your order.
