What makes a medical trip... a medical trip?
- If it is from a brokerage... - Trips from city clients that are to the doctors office are not what we refer to as a "medical trip".
Why are the checklists important?
The checklists lets each shift know which tasks are their responsibility, and increases communication between the shifts. If something gets messed up later on down the road, we can look back and determine if it was a minor mistake or if an employee needs to be retrained on the subject.
