How do I add bookmarks?

This might be a silly question, but how exactly do I add bookmarks?
From the description below, my understanding is that I can navigate to any part of the site (for example the Practice screen for one of my courses) and bookmark it.
"To add a bookmark, navigate to any page on the site and click create. Your bookmarks are accessible from all screens."
However, it is not clear to me where is the "Create" button that I should be clicking. Am I missing something?

Sorry for the delay. You aren't missing anything.
It was just bugged -- it's fixed, but we have made many changes lately.
If you wish, try using dev.memory.com for the latest version to be released next year.

Found the button now, but noticed a couple of issues related to bookmarks and the contextual menu. Not sure if you are already aware of these, but in any case, I just wanted to check if adding a list here would help or if a new bug report would be better.
