I read the terms but am still confused. Am i allowed to publically advertise a course I create on my own page and give the password to users? Anything stopping me from doing that?

The short answer is yes - you may advertise, lease or rent your course, and advertise it on another site without informing us. I will try to be clear in plain terms, but none of the below overrides the terms & conditions. So, as per terms and conditions, you must be selling your own content. Effectively, you would be advertising your own content, not the platform on which it is hosted. Courses on Memory cannot be sold or leased on the basis that you control the service and we cannot offer any guarantees of any type, including performance of the service. In effect, Memory becomes a window and platform for your content, but it is the content which you sell, not the platform.
