Link to Forum from Notifications

Would it be possible to add a link to the forum post for which you are receiving notifications? It would help a lot to be able to just click on the link and be redirected to the post instead of having to manually go to Forum and find the post.

This is done now. Not 100% sure if it's in the live version yet though.

For now, there is no functional link in the notifications, but the link path is displayed. I will keep an eye on this and confirm once fixed.

We did a whole bunch of testing on this.
Pretty certain this is now working in all latest releases. Please bump the thread if not.
