Multi Factor Authentication like Google authenticator and Geofencing

To make it more difficult for ill minded people to hack email-based account using brute password attack, I'd recommend you enable Google Authenticator as a start.
Next step could be geo fencing since you already are picking up where people are located, popping an additional authentication question say if a user logs on to the system from a different region.
