My practice due count (questions due) is somehow higher than the questions I have learned
For "legacy" accounts (i.e. if you signed up to Memory in an early stage), the algorithm may have changed and your counts may be inaccurate temporarily until you answer more questions. Our system is self-healing and as you replay any course the counts should be corrected.
After an algorithm change (or if you update your algorithm settings after starting a course), your counts may differ from time to time. After answering questions in the course the numbers should return to normal. Another possible cause is that the course owner deleted questions that have been earned.
When you play again, the counts should be restored. There are a few other quirks to explain your numbers being off: The majority are associated with the course owner deleting/moving questions or levels. In conclusion, when you complete a session your numbers should again be accurate for that level again.
