I want to work for HOBO Cannabis because with my background in customer service and hospitality I know it would be an environment in which I can thrive. After doing a bit of research on the company what really drew me in was your mission statement, to make the cannabis buying process a disarming, compassionate and human one. Any legal dispensary may sell cannabis to customers but to do so in a way which is one safe and informative for the customers and second builds a healthy customer-associate relationship is something to take pride in. I would definitely take proud in working for and represent Hobo Cannabis.Why do you want to work for HOBO Cannabis?
I know that as it’s quite a new industry compared to alcohol or tobacco and it’s constantly changing in regards to rules and regulations. For instance we’re now starting to see edibles being sold at dispensaries.What do you know about the Cannabis Industry?

From my understanding as a cannabis sales associate we are the frontlines of the business so it’s our responsibility to be knowledgeable and informed on our products as well as maintaining a positive atmosphere in the store for guest and additionally making salesDo you understand the main responsibilities of a Cannabis retail associate?
My strength lies in my aptitude for customer service and hospitality, my weakness would be that I'm a very detail oriented person, I strive to produce the best quality of work I can, meaning I'd take more time to leave a customer with a positive impression rather then rushing over something and leaving a customer with a sour impression.What are your strengths and Weaknesses?
