1) Weight - Force acting on an object due to gravity (non-contact) 2) Weightlessness - astronauts seem to be weightless because both they and the space station are constantly falling towards the Earth (as they are still in earth's gravitational field) 3) Centre of Mass - the weight of an object acts at its centre of mass
