Organisms having chloroplasts are photoautotrophs capable of making their own organic compounds by photosynthesis and light energy while chemoautotrophs do not have chloroplast, and heterotrophs require onrganic compounds produced by autotrophs to grow, prokaryotic photoautotrophs do not have chloroplasts instead have lamella.
