Answer:

1. Incubate at 37C for 15 minutes – 1 hour to allow the sensitization to occur. (Depends on the type of Gel) 2. Centrifuge for 10 minutes, RBCs are forced out of the reaction chamber down into the gel.  The gel contains Anti-IgG  If sensitization occurred, the anti-IgG will react with the antibody-coated RBCs, resulting in agglutination
