Question:

What is used to measure the features of waves in a solid?

Author: Alana Ray

Answer:

To measure the features of waves in a solid attach a string to a vibration generator and attach a mass at the other end of the string. This keeps the string tense. The vibration generator is attached to a single generator. This allows the frequency of vibration of the spring to be changed. So when the power is turned on, the string vibrates.
