Streptomycin: not given alone, ototoxic (have huge side effect on ears that is usually reversable) but can be used in Tuberculosis as second line. It’s not usable anymore in hospitals Gentamicin: aerobic gram negative & positive – parenteral, not given alone. bind to 30S and aerobic conditions.
