Answer:

If nuisance uanbated after the 30th day of the date the person receives the notice it is a fine not <$50 and not >$200. If in court shown has previously been convicted of that offense its not <$200 and not >$1000 confinement in jail not >6 months or both. Each day the violation occurs after the 30 days notice is a separate offense. If convicted the court will order abatement of the nuisance.
