Question:

What are some reasons why some Muslims may disagree with adultery? Add sources of authority.

Author: yxng.edxn

Answer:

The Shari'ah Law considered adultery to be zinah (a sexual offence). Adultery is a serious sin. The Hadith says 'and do not go anywhere near adultery; it is an outrage and an evil path.' In countries under the Shari'ah law, the punishment for adultery is death by stoning.
