Seen in someone with cerebral palsy - stiff movement of perhaps all 4 extremities; toes seem to catch and drag, hips more adducted and medically rotated, hips and knees slightly flexed, ankles are plantarflexed - pelvis maintains an anterior pelvic tilt and there’s an increased lumbar lordosis - reciprocal arm swing exaggerated and arms may actually be horizontal during ambulation
