Gefitinib and erlotinib

Gefitinib and erlotinib are small molecule inhibitors of the EGFR’s tyrosine kinase domain. Both are used as second-line agents for non-small cell lung cancer, and erlotinib is also used in combination therapy of advanced pancreatic cancer.
