LL symptoms Relieved by flxn worsened by extn Prolonged standing Walking over long periods.

Typical symptoms of lx spinal stenosis?

Present with stooped posture SLR will most often be -ve (not chemically sensitised - occuring over a long time). Claudication (ie standing) doesn't occur long enough to cause inflammation (relieved in lying/sitting) Hard neuro signs not common Neurogenic claudication - leg p) with walking +- paraesthesia, numbness, weakness (impaired venous drainage)

Objective signs?

SLR will most often be -ve (not chemically sensitised - occuring over a long time). Claudication (ie standing) doesn't occur long enough to cause inflammation (relieved in lying/sitting)
