Question:

What happens in Mitosis

Author: go kys

Answer:

-The cell now has 2 copies of DNA spread out in long strings. The DNA then forms X shaped chromosomes. The arm of a chromosome is an exact copy. -The Chromosomes then line up at the centre which gets short lived, as they are pulled by cell fibres. They are now at opposite ends of the cell. -Membranes then form around each of the new sets of chromosomes and therefore becoming the new nuclei. -The Cytoplasm then splits and finally they are now split.
