Communication life skills

Author: funlynry Galquotes

Answer:

Being able to communicate effectively is perhaps the most important of all life skills. It's what enables us to pass information to other people and understand what we are told. Communication simply refers to the act of transferring information from one place to another. It maybe written, spoken, media, visual or non verbal . The skills to communicate may take a lifetime to master. If anyone claims to have mastered them. But still during the process, they are many things you can do to easily improve your communication skills to ensure transmission and receive information effectively. In communication, we need to understand what we are communicating as the transmitters and understand what we are being told as the receivers. If you're the sender, it means communicating information clearly is the first noted point and if you are the receiver, it means listening carefully to the information, check that you understood by reflecting which takes in the making connections essential. For example. As the instructor, I am the informer. What I do is study my information, carefully, I should know my audience, you the receivers and how clearly you need my information. I give scenarios for you to want to ask about what am communicating. To want to learn more. The more questions I receive, the more close I get to know that my information was passed on effectively. Communication is not as simple as sending and receiving information. It's a two way, sending and receiving. Therefore,it requires speaking and listening. But also crucially developing shared understanding of the information being transmitted and received.
